SIGNING OF PLAYERS
When signing players either before or on the day of the game. If you haven't got confirmation from the Sheffield and Hallamshire CFA by the Friday of the week before the next weekends fixtures. You MUST contact the S&H to see if they have received the document or if their is something wrong with the registration. Until you receive confirmation you SHOULD NOT play the players. If you do and the players are either not registered or suspended this WILL incur a fine and also may incur loss of points. Also if a player is not registered or illegible on the day he is not insured under your policy.
SMOKING
Any clubs who are playing on Park Pitches its has been asked of this league to tell member clubs that it is an offence to smoke in changing rooms even if the these room are portakabins. If any club is found in breach of this notice then there pitch allocation will be cancelled forthwith. SO TELL YOUR PLAYERS AND OPPONENTS THAT CHANGING ROOMS ARE SMOKE FREE ZONES.
ROBBERY
It has been brought to the league attention that referees rooms have been robbed. This can also be extended to players changing rooms. Leave all monies and credit cards and mobile phones in your cars and leave your car keys with someone trustworthy in your club. THINK BEFORE YOU LEAVE VALUABLES IN DRESSING ROOMS.
REFEREES KITS
Please note that referees are only allowed to wear all black kits at Sunday football level so you have to make sure that your kit doesn't in any way clash with the referees.
CHANGE KITS
Please notify your opponents of your kit colours so that they can come in the proper kit so there wouldn't be clash of kits. Don't take that the opponent know you kit. IF YOU CHANGE YOUR COLOURS PLEASE NOTIFY THE LEAGUE SO WEBSITES CAN BE UPDATED.

League Cup Round Two
The big game in the League cup was at Warminster Road, where Arbourthorne EA B took on the Royal Earl. Royal Earl won last years competition, beating Arbourthorne EA's A side in the final. The Arbourthorne may have hoped that revenge was on the cards, but it was not-to-be. The Royal Earl won the game 6-3.
David Gelsthorpe notched up a double hat-trick for Jack-in-a-Box. Mark West also scored four, as they beat Staffordshire Arms 11-1.
Premier Division leaders High Noon made easy work of dispatching Woodhouse Juniors FC from the competition. They ran out 9-1 winners, with Christopher Barnes scoring three of the goals.
Goals from Stefan Oldfield and Leon Wainman helped Division One outfit Brunsmeer Abbey AJW shock Premier League side Mosborough A. Brunsmeer have been going well in Division One, remaining unbeaten at this stage.
Daniel Harriot followed up last weeks hat-trick with two goals in Heeley's 4-1 win over Carlton Social. Danny Major and Jordan Barton were also on the score-sheet.
Intake Ball Inn edged a close game at Warminster Road 2-1 against Wadsley Bridge WMC. The win for Intake will go some way to revenge their 6-0 league defeat to Wadsley Bridge back in September.
Elsewhere two goals each from Adam Sheppard and Luke Parkinson inspired Packhorse Inn to a 6-0 win over Dronfield Town at Thorncliffe Playing Fields. Shaun Martin scored four goals for the Arundel, as they routed Dronfield Athletic U21 8-0.

Tinsley Trophy Preliminary Round
Nathan Reid scored an incredible five goals for Winn Gardens, as they beat Greaseborough in the preliminary round of the Tinsley Trophy. The win takes them into the first round proper of the competition.
League Round-up 6/11
The sole game in the Premier Division saw Hackenthorpe A hold Crookes to a 1-1 draw at Davy's Sports Club. Luke Dixon scored the goal for Hackenthorpe, with Daniel Flynn scoring for Crookes.
There was only one game in Division One. That came at HSBC Sports Club, where HSBC comfortably overcame Beighton Magpies 4-0. Liam Morris scored twice as HSBC moved six points clear, however, Brunsmeer Abbey in second place have played two games less.
A strange day in Division Two saw both the top two suffer their first losses of the season. Leaders Rawson Spring were comfortably beaten 3-0 by Hackenthorpe Villa. The goals came from Jordan Wrigley, Jack Travis and Steven Sykes.
Second placed Penistone Church lost 2-1 at home Hackenthorpe B. The winning goals came from Adam Dickinson and former Sheffield Wednesday player Tony Crane.
The order in Division Two does remain the same though with Rawson Spring three points clear of Penistone Church.
Two goals from Adam Peelo gave Mosborough B their first win of the season, as they beat Norton Oaks A 2-1 at Mosborough Miners Welfare.
In Division Three Centre Spot beat Norton Oaks B 3-1 at Reignhead Farm. The win takes Centre Spot back top of the Division on goal difference.

Suspended Players for week commencing 15th April 2012
Secretaries please be aware the following players are suspended from
playing football in the Meadowhall Sunday Football for week commencing
22th April 2012. (This information from the S&H website on
12-04-2012. Do not take this information as final please check on the
S&H website before making team selection if you know there are
suspensions pending.
Bear in mind playing a suspended player will result in a fine and games being replayed.
If the game is postponed for any reason the games ban rolls over to the next game and it is your responsibility as secretary to notify the S&H of this change.
As club secretaries it is your responsibility to keep track of players who are match suspensioned for the remainder of the season. Any players who are carrying games forward to next season will have to keep a check on these games.
If the players resigns for his present club he will serve the suspension with that club but if he signs for another club he serves the games with which he gained the suspension. ie the club he was playing for in 2011/12.

Tinsley Trophy Preliminary Round
Sharrow United U21 can claimed the shock of the round, when they beat Third Division side Staffordshire Arms 4-2 at Parsons Cross Park. Sharrow United have been going well in the new U21 Division, in paradox Staffordshire Arms have only recorded four points this season.
Norton Oaks U21 suffered a disimilar fate, when they were thrashed 10-2 by Centre Spot. Bobby Howard grabbed four goals for Centre Spot, with Tom Gabbitas appearing on the score-sheet twice.
An excellent all Division Two tie between Mosborough B and Hackenthorpe Villa ended 3-3 after regulation time. Mosborough went on to win a prolonged penalty shoot-out 7-6 to proceed to the next round.
