Sheffield & Hallamshire Senior Cup 2nd Round Round-up 9/10

Premier League leaders High Noon needed penalties to beat the Arbourthorne EA B. The game was 2-2 after 120 minutes. Robinson and Rippon with the goals for High Noon and Cartledge grabbed a brace for the Arbourthorne. However, High Noon won the game 5-4 on penalties.

Goals from Luke Dixon (2), Mark Wall, Scott Preece and Oliver Graham gave Hackenthorpe A a 5-0 home win over Market Inn and Davy's Sporting Club.

Division One league leaders Brunsmeer Abbey beat fellow high-flyers HSBC 4-1 at HSBC Sports Club. Leon Wainman scored a hat-trick for Brunsmeer with Daniel Sloane also scoring. Daniel Sturat with the consilation goal HSBC.

A Gelsthorpe double helped inspire First Division Jack-in-a-Box to an impressive 5-1 over Premier Division Crookes.

Paul Lavender double helped Packhorse Inn a 4-2 victory over fellow Premier Division team Sharrow United. Gary Spencer and Christopher Ashberry also scored for the Packhorse Inn, with Asim Shazad and Iftikhar Afzal on the scoresheet for Sharrow United.

Goals from Jordan Pearce, Dean Pearce, Kieran Goff and Karl Fox gave Wadsley Bridge a 4-2 away win over the Punchbowl.

Arundel ran out impressive 4-1 winners over Redmires at Frecheville Sports & Social Club.

Andrew Taylor scored twice as the Greenhill White Hart beat Cobden View 5-1 at Warminster Road.

Matthew Ellis grabbed two goals as Mosborough A beat The Vine 2-1 in a closefought contest at Mosborough Miners Welfare.

In a all Premier Division tie, Daniel Cardwell scored in extra-time for Royal Earl against the Handsworth Turf Tavern.
