Round-up 25/11

Most of Sunday's fixtures in the Meadowhall league succumbed to the wet weather. Luckily, five games did go ahead.

Division One
Third place hosted second place in Division One, but Hackenthorpe B and Rawson Spring could only play out a draw. Though i must be said it was entertaining one, ending 4-4. Sadly, for both teams it was not the results either wanted and Arbourthorne EA remain five points clear at the top.

Winn Gardens and Intake Ball Inn played out a 3-3 draw at the Meadowhall Soccer School. Both teams remain mid-table following the draw.

U21 Division
Goals from Miles Howarth and Alex Colton gave Sheffield FC U21's a 2-1 win over Dronfield Town U21's. The win extends Sheffield's lead at the top to six points, but second placed Throstles U21's do have three games spare.

Abbey Lane U21's won 4-1 at home to Swallownest U21's. Mark Yates was on target twice for Abbey Lane, as they move into third place, only goal difference behind Throstles U21's in second.

Hollinsend U21's extended their unbeaten run to three league games with a comprehensive 4-1 victory over third placed Woodhouse JFC U21's.
