Round-up 7/10


League Cup 1st Round
Thomas Heap, Luke Webster and Daniel Jones all scored for Greaseborough U21's claimed the scalp of the round. They beat Division One side Penistone Church 3-1 at Roughwood Fields.

Crookes were inspired to a 11-0 victory over Hollinsend U21's by a hat-trick of hat-tricks. Mark Clements, Joel Purkiss and Paul Wood all scored three times as Crookes ran out comfortable winners.

A penalty from Aiden Cooper and Lewis Lynch strike gave Swinton Spartans U21's an impressive 2-1 away victory over Wadsley FC at Niagra Sports Club.

Former Sheffield Wednesday academy prospect Danny Reet scored three times to help Arbourthorne EA to a 7-1 win over Intake Ball Inn at Warminster Road.

Danny Atkins grabbed a hat-trick and David Gelsthorpe scored four times for Jack-in-a-Box, as they ran out 11-0 winners over Abbey Lane U21's.

Elsewhere, Mosborough B edged out Sheffield FC U21's 1-0 to move into round two.

Tinsley Trophy 1st Round
Hackenthorpe B beat Cricketers 2012 5-1 at Reignhead Farm to move comfortably into round two.

Premier Division
Russell Hobson converted two penalties for Handsworth Turf Tavern, as they were held to a 4-4 draw at home to Wadsley Bridge WMC.

Hackenthorpe A cut Handsworth Turf Tavern's lead at the top of the Premier Division to three points, after they beat Arundel 8-1 at Frecheville Sports and Social Club. Both Thomas Nolan and Lee Thompson scored three times for Hackenthorpe.

Sharrow United claimed their third successive draw, as they held Royal Earl to a 3-3 draw at Warminster Road.

Nick Owen scored three times to give Greenhill White Hart a 3-0 away win over Packhorse Inn.

Division One
Rawson Spring moved to within three points of top spot with a 5-2 victory over HSBC at the Civil Service Ground.

Woodhouse Juniors FC notched-up their first point of the season, as they were held to a 2-2 draw at home by Ridgeway Athletic.

Division Two
Hurlfield march on at the top of the Second Division following a 3-0 win over SWD. Lee Savage scored all three goals for Hurlfield.

Hackenthorpe Villa sit a point back in second place, as they ran out 4-0 winners over FC Darnall.

Jordan Marshall and Richard Ellin both scored twice for City Taxis (Stradbroke) beat Norton Athletic 5-1 at HSBC Sports Club.

U21 Division
Dronfield Town U21's sit in second place only by goal difference after Sunday's 3-1 defeat of Hackenthorpe Warriors U21's.

Throstles U21's extended their unbeaten run to four games with a 2-2 draw at Sheffield Park Academy against Sharrow United U21's.

Huw Turner and Thomas Oakes both grabbed braces as Crosspool Juniors U21's beat Swallownest U21's 6-4 at Limb Lane Playing Fields. The win is Crosspool's first of the season.
