The big game in the Premier Division was at the Pheonix Sports & Social Club between the top two Royal Earl and Arbpourthorne EA A. The game was as tight as expected. Spencer Goff got the only goal of the game for the leaders Royal Earl. The Royal Earl now sit an enormous 15 points clear. It is exactly a month ago since the Arbourthorne recorded their previously sole loss, crucially this also came against the Royal Earl.
Third placed Hackenthorpe A beat Handsworth Turf Tavern 2-0 to climb within three points of the Arbourthorne. Lowe and Mulooly got the goals for Hackenthorpe.
Bottom side Arundel were beaten 3-0 at home to Chapeltown Cue Ball. This was Chapeltown's first win for a month.
Sharrow United could not shake away their Senior Cup blues as they were downed 2-1 at home by fourth placed Crookes. Thirteen of Crookes' twenty-one points this season have come away from home.
