Premier Division Greenhill White Hart were made to work hard to progress into round two against Third Division Centre Spot. Brothers Jordan and Daniel Beech got the goals for Greenhill, with Ben Sargent with the reply for the Centre Spot.
Winn Gardens of the the Second Division defeated the First Division's basement side Beighton Magpies 3-0. Beighton have struggled this season and are winless in the league.
Liam Young scored an hat-trick as Ridgeway Athletic saw off City
Taxis New Inn 4-1 at Westfield Sports Centre. Nathan Ridgeway also scored for Ridgeway.
Elsewhere, Division One leaders HSBC beat Greaseborough U21 6-2 at HBC Sports Club.
