NOTICE TO SECRETARIES

Please note the following information which is very important and that you act on it immediately, the following notices should adhered to:

SIGNING OF PLAYERS
When signing players either before or on the day of the game. If you haven't got confirmation from the Sheffield and Hallamshire CFA by the Friday of the week before the next weekends fixtures. You MUST contact the S&H to see if they have received the document or if their is something wrong with the registration. Until you receive confirmation you SHOULD NOT play the players. If you do and the players are either not registered or suspended this WILL incur a fine and also may incur loss of points. Also if a player is not registered or illegible on the day he is not insured under your policy.

SMOKING
Any clubs who are playing on Park Pitches its has been asked of this league to tell member clubs that it is an offence to smoke in changing rooms even if the these room are portakabins. If any club is found in breach of this notice then there pitch allocation will be cancelled forthwith. SO TELL YOUR PLAYERS AND OPPONENTS THAT CHANGING ROOMS ARE SMOKE FREE ZONES.

ROBBERY
It has been brought to the league attention that referees rooms have been robbed. This can also be extended to players changing rooms. Leave all monies and credit cards and mobile phones in your cars and leave your car keys with someone trustworthy in your club. THINK BEFORE YOU LEAVE VALUABLES IN DRESSING ROOMS.

REFEREES KITS
Please note that referees are only allowed to wear all black kits at Sunday football level so you have to make sure that your kit doesn't in any way clash with the referees.

CHANGE KITS
Please notify your opponents of your kit colours so that they can come in the proper kit so there wouldn't be clash of kits. Don't take that the opponent know you kit. IF YOU CHANGE YOUR COLOURS PLEASE NOTIFY THE LEAGUE SO WEBSITES CAN BE UPDATED.
